High Marks

High Marks

“I give Fusion very high marks. We recently started a project with them where the primary requirements were expanded due to the Covid pandemic and they were able to provide ongoing support on a timely basis. They were clear on the impact of scope changes and transparent in their pricing and their subcontractor pricing. Because the pandemic eliminated our ability to meet face to face and to review working prototypes we were delighted when they added significant video capabilities to their workshop areas and allowed us to monitor design progress at frequent intervals. I would absolutely recommend them for your design and custom hardware prototyping needs.” - Program Manager at F100 company

Medical Device Adhesive Patches that Stay Put

Medical Device Adhesive Patches that Stay Put

Skin patch applications are proliferating based on sensor developments and remote monitoring by consumers and medical professionals who want instant information. Skin sensitivity and integration of adhesives into the sensor design will be a continuous challenge. These devices help with patient compliance for better outcomes.

Weather Resistance and Thermal Management for Motionloft

Weather Resistance and Thermal Management for Motionloft

Our latest thermal management design challenge was an external vision system that generates 10 watts of heat. Additionally, because Motionloft lives outside in the sun, solar loading added significantly more heat. Our engineers managed the heat by a mix of conductive, convective, and radiant techniques. Then we optimized the product for cost and reliability.
