Design Octaves has been in business since 1979 and is a full service RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) supplier specializing in large (up to 65”) complex enclosures for the Medical, Analytical, and Laboratory Device industries. This process is suitable for annual volumes from 100 to 5000 pieces. All materials molded are UL94V-0 rated for flammability. All high quality low-cost, composite epoxy tools are built in-house and guaranteed for a minimum of 10,000 cycles. Design Octaves also provides the following in-house services: molding, painting, silk-screening, UL certified EMI/RFI shielding, and value-added assembly services.
